Aceasta este cea mai simpla si mai rapida reteta de sos Pesto, folosind ingrediente la indemana de
procurat; poate fi gata in 2 minute dupa ce migdalele sunt prajite.

INGREDIENTE

1/4 cana migdale
3 catei de usturoi
frunze de busuioc proaspete
1/2 cana ulei de masline
1 praf nucsoara pisata
sare, piper dupa gust

MOD DE PREPARARE

Incingeti cuptorul la 230 de grade Celsius.

Asezati migdalele pe o foaie de copt si dati la cuptor pentru 10 minute, pana se rumenesc putin.

Intr-un blender puneti migdalele prajite, usturoiul, busuiocul, uleiul de masline, nucsoara, sarea si
piperul si mixati pana totul devine o pasta.
