These sketchbook tasks will serve as development and will gain you marks for AO2. You should achieve this by taking a photograph specifically for this assignment. Thoughtful composition. AO3 ● ● Your final outcome (main peice) will gain you marks for AO4 Also. Attention to detail(s). This is the 1st of two main outcomes for the portrait project. You will have until the end of term 6 (and the summer break) to complete this item of work in full. . prior to starting on your final outcome. A considered background. appropriately with clear knowledge and understanding of ‘light’ (cause/ effect) Good structure and proportion. you need to perform some form of artist research/ links throughout this assignment to gain marks for AO1 ○ You will receive more marks for using: A ‘full’ range of tone.A6: Assignment guidance: The subject matter for this assignment should be a self-portrait. ● You should have practised your subject for this assignment using full pages in your sketchbook.

● Produce a range of alternative self portraits. take many photographs (get a friend to help). ● Use techniques that you have developed in class to help your work develop.
