Fringe Cut yarn lengths each 12 inches long and use 5 strands of yarn for each fringe. Work a fringe in side edge of each cross st row, matching fringe color to cross st row. Fold 5 strands of yarn in half, insert hook in side edge of cross st row, place fold over hook and draw through to form a lp on hook, draw cut ends through lp on hook, pull gently to secure. Trim fringe to measure 4 inches.
