Gluten Free Brownies 200g butter 200g dark chocolate 1 cup brown sugar 3 eggs lightly beaten 1 tablespoon

vanilla cup gluten free flour 2 tablespoons cocoa Heat butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Add eggs, vanilla and mix well. Add sifted flour and cocoa and stir to combine. Bake in 180cm square tin (greased and lined) at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until just set.
