TEJOMAYAM
(A word from Guruji)
Devotion or love for God is developed by nurturing a bond with God. When
there is a relationship with God - be it as a Guru, father,
brother, friend, etc. - it becomes easier and more natural
to remember Him and his glories. King Dasaratha saw
the Lord as his son. Bharata saw Him as a brother. Sudama
saw Him as a friend and the gopis as their beloved. Whoever be the Ista and whatever the relationship with Him,
the important point is that in order for love to grow, it
must be cultivated. The practical method of cultivating
such a relationship is prayer, keeping a special time for
the Lord during the day for prayer.
