Maybe when they are returning cars in Enterprise Rent a car, customers can fill out a survey, or automaticly when they are taking car give them survey and ask them to fill it out and leave in special box after returning the car! Also track did they come back in Enterprise , did they took car only once or more times! online survey because they are offering on line service. secret shoppers. maybe read blogs and forums about their company.
