Hexaware Approach
Heaxaware analyzed the organization’s current Data Warehouse ecosystem and designed a new data model that supports the reporting needs of various business users. The activities that encompass include: Assessment of the current data warehouse system Studying the challenges involved in reporting and delivery mechanism across the current and the desired environment Analyzing SAS programs that are used for data extraction Designed the data model of the new Data Warehouse Modifying 600+ SAS programs to read from the new data model

The Challenge
The organization’s existing reporting requirements was addressed largely by ERP suites, PeopleSoft and SAP. The current reporting environment could not satisfy the enterprise HR needs in terms of analyzing various domain areas like compensation, benefits, payroll and safety.
