Once you are at the ³Application Status´ page, click on the link ³Applicant Approved´ to view and print the grant letter. § check if a crew member currently holds a Maritime Crew Visa by accessing the department's MCV Status Query Facility. You will need to enter the applicant's date of birth, passport number and country of passport. If a new passport is held, you may need to enter the details of the old passport. If this does not address your enquiry we will make every effort to respond further to your email within three working days. However, if you have not provided sufficient information to identify the Maritime Crew Visa application/s to which your query relates we may not be able to respond to your email.
