Operite cveklu i kuvajte 2 sata. Oljuštite i secite na koture. Ohladite.
Nastružite hren. Pomešajte sa cveklom. Dodajte ulje, sirće, i so.
Stavite da se ohladi.

Zelena salata sa prelivom

2 glavice zelene salate - 1 dcl ulja - 3 kašike majoneza - sok od 1
limuna - so po ukusu

Dobro umutite ulje, sok od limuna, majonez i so.
Salatu dobro operite, isecite i pomešajte sa prelivom.
