Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 can pineapple, crushed, drained
2-3 bananas, chopped

Frosting:

1/4 lb cream cheese, softened
2 oz margarine
1/2 lb sugar, powdered
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Prepare cake mix following package directions.
Add vanilla and cinnamon during mixing process.

Slowly stir in pineapple and bananas.

Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 30
minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean.

Cover loosely and chill.

For frosting: beat ingredients together until

smooth.

Spread on top of cool cake. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.

My Notes:

This is a VERY moist cake so it must be eaten
fairly quick. It also has to be kept refrigerated.
