Place of the problem: Problem is related to the hub panel Reason: During the start up of turbine, testing the Battery voltage of all battery banks through safety speed test is one of the tests conducted through program. If the turbine is failed to complete the test in limited time period we will get this alarm Remedial Action: 1. Using M-Manager, Take the fast log and event log of the particular alarm 2. Take the necessary safety items, circuit diagram, tools including measuring devices like multi meter 3. Make the hub lock and confirm that it has been made properly 4. Check the safety speed loop particularly in voltage surveillance circuit if found ok then 5. Check the output of the battery charger unit (290V DC) in the nacelle control panel. If it is OK then, 6. Switch OFF the 2F2 MCB which supplies 290V DC to hub panel 7. Check the battery voltage in the corresponding terminal block as per the circuit. Multi meter should read 290V DC approximately, if not then check the voltage of the individual battery cells and it should show 12V approx. If not then replace the particular battery bank. 8. After replacement of the battery bank, switch ON all the MCBs and take the safety speed. 9. If you found OK then start the turbine and be happy.
