We need to be aware of the way it works, of the attitudes, beliefs, and opinions that we have towards each of the seven centers of the human form. Don't take personality traits personally! They are generic and changeable human qualities and are not something to get attached to or take personally. Instead of thinking "I am greedy", we can reframe this to "There is
