Financial Assistance Policies Effective 8/2011 Schoolmaster's Educational Services offers financial assistance to its current and prospective

clients in a variety of forms including, but not limited to discount services, scholarships, bartering and grants. Schoolmaster's doesn t offer, return, or hold any cash for its clients. All financial assistance is deemed as creditable to Schoolmaster's Educational Services for the purpose of operating expenses.

Financial Assistance Discount services allow clients to enroll and receive a discounted price based on their financial status, family status, and their willingness to participate in the program. Grants are applied to a clients program based on financial status, family status, and their willingness to participate in the program. Typically grants are provided to students who are currently or have been enrolled in the Schoolmaster s programs and are desirous of maintaining programming with Schoolmaster s. Scholarship offering are currently in the development stages. Schoolmaster s Educational Services is developing a resource of scholarships to offer to clients. The Otis C. McCrary Jr. Memorial Scholarship is tentatively planned to commence the 2013/2014 school year. This scholarship will provide for a portion of the programming for an over-age student looking to remediate themselves back into academic strength.

Financial assistance cannot be carried over into future school quarter, semester, or year or applied to previous school year, semester, or quarter. Financial assistance will only be applied to the program in which an individual is currently enrolled. Financial assistance cannot be applied to a different program during the same period in which financial assistance has been secured for an enrolled program.

Requirements Requirements to apply for any scholarship include completely filling out the financial assistance form online at www.schoolmasteredu.net Upon completion of the application Schoolmaster's Educational Services may, it is descretion, seek further documentation of income, dependents, and other information to make a decision as to the amount, duration, and kind of assistance it may offer to its clients. Any incomplete or misinformation will result in disqualification from any financial assistance. Deadline Financial assistance is a rolling process, and funds are dispersed on a quarter, semester, and annual basis throughout the school year. It is highly advisable to apply for financial assistance at least (1) one month prior to the desired date of enrollment. This allows Schoolmaster s to receive, investigate, and

respond to inquiries for assistance and to offer a package suitable for a client. Schoolmaster's will notify those clients who have received financial assistance via email, telephone, or face to face meeting. Schoolmaster's will make every effort to contact those clients who do not qualify in a timely fashion. In the event that a client is anticipating financial assistance it is advisable that they begin their program after they have receive the notification of assistance

In many cases financial assistance will be pro-rated over the course of the clients program, except with year-long online math program that is paid in full.
