Pie: In a large mixing bowl. & sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over top. form dough into a ball. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 25 min.

Beat one egg in a cup & add 1 tbsp of vinegar & finish up with water to ½ cup. unbaked 1 ½ cup pecans. Sprinkle on top of pie. Add flour to apples & place in pie shell. Reduce temp to 350F & continue baking until golden brown. Stir in nuts. add to flour stirring with a fork. Pour Caramel Sauce over apples. Cool before serving. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 min. When syrup in pan stops bubbling. Roll out & cover with plain pastry made as above. Remove pie plate. Flute edges & prick top crust. Sprinkle nuts over topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon. then reduce oven heat to 375F. unbaked filling ½ tsp salt 6 cup apples. Pecan Pie 3 eggs. juice 1 tbsp flour ½ tsp salt ⅔ cup brown sugar 6 cup apples. Apple Pecan Pie 1 9" pie shell. whole In bowl. Place half the apples in the pie pan. add half the shortening to the flour mixture & cut in until crumbly. Using a pastry blender. peeled & sliced Preheat oven to 350F. Gather mixture into a ball & refrigerate at least one hr. Add remaining shortening. Arrange apples in unbaked pie shell. Dot the filling with butter & cover the filling with the remaining dough. (chilled) 2 cup flour ¼ cup ice water 1 tsp salt Filling: 1 cup sugar. Remove foil & bake 15 min longer. . sifted 6 tbsp unsalted butter. Pour apples into pie crust. Pour into bowl & chill thoroughly. Top with fruit & mint leaves before serving. Mini Custard Fruit Tarts 6 prepared single serving graham crackers crusts ⅓cup water 1pkg. Bake at 130oC until set. Remove from heat. Cook until mixture is thick & bubbly again. 2tbsp orange syrup & vanilla. banana slices & oranges over filling. gradually stir in orange juice. Make meringue. Orange Meringue Pie 1cup sugar for meringue: 3 ½tbsp cornstarch 2 egg whites 1 ⅓cup orange juice sugar 2tbsp butter Combine sugar & cornstarch in a sauce pan. vanilla pudding & pie filling mix 12floz evaporated low fat milk 1tsp grated lemon peel mint leaves Sliced fresh strawberries. add vanilla. Mix sugar. raspberries Combine pudding mix & water in small saucepan. top with half of banana slices. stir until smooth. Stir in ⅓cup coconut & spread over fruit in crust & refrigerate for 1hr. drained 8oz whipped topping 1 6oz Graham Crackers crust ⅔cup flake coconut. Beat for 2min. Pour into baked pie dish. 1 hr before serving cover with remaining whipped cream. Cover orange mixture with meringue & bake at 400oF until peaks of meringue are lightly browned. cook milk. Beat chocolate mixture until smooth & add 1cup whipped cream. Cook over moderate heat until mixture thickens. Arrange fruit salad. Pour into crusts. place on moderate flame & cook ‘til thick. drizzle with jam & sprinkle with remaining coconut. & salt in sauce pan. softened ⅓cup apricot jam. Pour mixture into pie shell & chill ‘til set. melted 1 can tropical fruit salad. toasted 1 banana sliced 1tsp vanilla extract 6oz cream cheese. Remove from flame & mix in butter & vanilla. refrigerate for 1 hr or until set. salt & cocoa ‘til thick & bubbly (5-10min). set aside. cornstarch.

Pour into pie crust & cover edge of pastry with foil. milk & egg yolks. Place berries atop pie. Stir every 8 min to brown evenly. & salt. Add nuts. Roll out on floured surface. Filling: Beat eggs. Crumb Crust: Put the ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the oven to brown the mixture at 350F. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Ina bowl heat cream cheese till softened. Macadamia Nut Pie Pastry: 2-3 tbsp cold water 1 cup flour ¼ tsp salt ⅓ cup shortening 1 tbsp vinegar Filling: 1 ½ cup macadamia nuts. semisweet chocolate pieces 3 tbsp honey 1 8oz pkg. stirring constantly until thick. Cook over medium heat. cool. Add water & stir with a fork until all flour is moistened & will hold together. Reduce heat again to 250F & bake for 10 min (should be baked for a total of 35-40 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean). coarsely chopped 1 tsp vanilla Crust: Combine flour & salt. slightly beaten 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp cornstarch ¼ cup butter/margarine 3 tbsp lemon peel ¼ cup lemon juice 1 cup milk ½ cup whipping cream 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla Combine sugar. Whip cream & fold in the powdered sugar & vanilla. Filling: Slightly beat 3 eggs. cut in shortening with fork. mix in salt & sugar. Remove foil & bake an additional 25 min. Cover. cornstarch. Gradually beat in melted chocolate & honey. Add macadamia nuts. . chill pie 1-2 hr. lemon juice. cream cheese. Cut in lard until crumbly. Honey Pecan Pie Crust: ⅓ cup large apple 1 cup flour 2 tbsp ice water ½ tsp salt Filling: 3 eggs 1 cup honey 1 tbsp butter. lemon peel. Beat in honey. Stir in vinegar & cold water until pastry forms a ball. melted & cooked ¼ tsp salt 1 cup pecans. Chill for at least 2 hr. Bake at 350F for 25 min. melted 1 tsp vanilla Pastry: Stir together flour & salt. halved 3 eggs ⅛ tsp salt ⅔ cup sugar 1 cup maple syrup 5 ½ tbsp butter. vanilla. Serve pie with generous doll-ups of whipped cream. Add melted butter & vanilla. then reduce heat to 300F & bake for 20 min. Fold in the sour cream & pour into crumb crust. stir in maple syrup. Roll out dough. melted butter. chopped ⅓ cup brown sugar Filling: 3 egg yolks. stems & caps removed In a saucepan melt the 6oz chocolate. butter. stir mixture.Strawberry & Chocolate Pie 1 6oz pkg. With a wire whisk. Bake at 400F for the first 10 min. set aside to cool while preparing filling. Place into a 9" pie pan & flute edges. Lemon Lovers Pie Crumb Crust: ½ cup butter/margarine. Cover & cool. softened 1 cup flour ½ cup pecans. place in pie pan. & trim & flute edges. Spread mixture in pastry shell. softened 1 9” baked pastry shell 4 cup fresh whole strawberries.

Beat egg whites & confectioners' sugar. Chill in icebox until mixture is slightly thicker than consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fresh Grapefruit Pie 1 9 " graham cracker crust 1 cup sugar 1 ½ cup grapefruit sections 1 unflavored gelatin ¼ cup cold water 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp powdered sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract Reserve 4 whole grapefruit sections & cut remaining sections into small pieces. Bring to a boil or until liquid is clear. Cook over low heat for 1 min longer. Remove from heat & stir in butter & vanilla. Let stand 5 min. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens & boils. mix lightly & push to moistened side of bowl. Be careful to save the juice. . egg yolks 3 tbsp butter/margarine ¼ cup lemon juice Never Fail Meringue: 3 lg. beating constantly. Repeat until all is moisten. Fold in reserved berries. hulled & sliced 2 tbsp butter 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix sugar. salt & sugar. separated 1 qt fresh strawberries. push to one side of bowl. Add the egg yolk mixture to the hot mixture in saucepan. stir warmed egg yolks into hot mixture. Place remaining strawberries in pie shell.
