Title 39 Dear Mr. Rankin: Recently, I completed my “first reading” of the trial transcript in Gilmartin & Harris v City of Tucson, CV-00352-TUC-FRZ, prompting my second inspection of public records request as per A.R.S. Title 39. At your earliest convenience, would you be so kind as to provide me opportunity to inspect and copy the following: 1) All records of all payments made to any attorney who represented the City of Tucson in any aspect of the trial portion of the Gilmartin case, including but not limited to discovery, pre-trial motions and trial;

2) All records of any payment made to any attorney who represented the City of Tucson in any aspect of the Gilmartin Appeal; 3) All correspondence between the City of Tucson and any attorney who represented the City of Tucson in any aspect of the trial portion of the Gilmartin case, including but not limited to letters, memos, emails, logs of phone conversations, etc.; 4) All correspondence between the City of Tucson and
