There are certain factors that affect how voluntary is the action of an individual which could effect the individuals accountability for a certain act. In Mang Juan s case invincible ignorance is committed. We can see it on the part when he bought the wrong medicine for her daughter which causes the daughter to die instead to heal. Mang Juan, the doer of the act actually has no knowledge or completely not knowledgeable about a certain thing that was being done. Invincible ignorance, the responsibility and voluntariness are being excuse since the doer has no total consent. The Mang Juan does not have the intellectual knowledge to be able to act accurately hence his accountability for the act is lessened. The Fear and Violence are also other factors that could affect the accountability of a certain act. Because of the fear that his daughter might die the doer planned to rob money and due to unexpected circumstances he accidentally kill the teenager that he is robbing because he defended himself. An individual who suffers from fear and violence might not be accountable for the act that was being committed. It is being considered since the individual is under the influence of fear and violence which eventually could greatly affect his will and consent.
