Beginning Yoga

Join us for a Yoga class where you can learn the basics of classical Yoga while moving at a pace that is right for you. With a regular Yoga practice you will:      Feel better during the day & sleep better at night Increase your flexibility & range of motion Improve your core strength Reduce stress Improve cardiovascular fitness
**Mondays 10:45 am & Tuesdays 5:45 am starting September 12** September’s classes will be complimentary to all Acton Jazzercise Fitness Center Auto-pay customers. Non Members may purchase a 8 class pass for $80 or purchase as you go $15 per class. I hope to see you.
