Reporter advised of previous incident (6/28/11) regarding four unknown males at location drinking beer and turning over a garbage can. Report of large truck parked at location. Resident is a driver and the truck belongs to the company he works for. Resident will speak to management regarding making arrangements for parking. Victim advised a number of male youths were in the elevator with her pushing the buttons and not allowing her to get to her floor. Youths continued until they ran away. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Lt. from the 119th Precinct called to advise he had been receiving several phone calls from residents with regard to an alleged gang member. Reporter advised of gun shots fired. Upon arrival search conducted with negative results. Report was unfounded. Reporter advised female found inside of location unlawfully. Upon investigation female realized she was in the wrong place. NYPD refused. Reporter advised R/O about a youth's possible gang involvement. Matter referred to Youth Officer. Victim advised her front door was left open while maintenance was performing work, when two male youths and one female came into her apartment. They fled the scene when they were discovered. Search of area yielded negative results. Victim advised male subject tried to gain access to her apartment and may have gotten into a physical altercation with her son. Victim has an order of protection against subject. Reporter advised of three suspicious youths trying to gain entry to an apartment. Upon arrival youths left the scene. Search of area yielded negative results. Reporter advised a group was loitering at location leaving garbage and beer bottles behind on 7/11 and 7/12. Area will be monitored. Reporter advised on 7/12 when she returned home it appeared her door lock had been tampered with. No damage to door. NYPD refused.

Reporter advised he parked his vehicle and when he returned the rim was damaged. Upon investigation, car was driven with a flat tire causing the damage to the rim. NYPD refused. Reporter advised a suspicious male is following two female youths. Officers responded, but search of area for subject yielded negative results. Reporter requested a copy of an NYPD report allegedly made in 12/10. Report was not filed by NYPD properly. Reporter was referred to 114 Pct. Reporter came into PSD to make a complaint about there not being enough security on Tram Plaza at the Manhattan side. Matter referred to management. Report of tenant using a grill on their patio. Tenant was advised that it is in violation of building regulations. Tenant complied. Female victim reported a male youth took her cell phone and fled the scene. Female identified youth. Upon R/O's arrival at male youth's home and speaking with his mother she verified youth was at home all night. Store manager requested PSD presence for a group of youths in store. Upon arrival youths left the area without incident. Reporter advised three male youths threw rocks into his patio. No damages to report. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Numerous complaints received by residents with regard to the conserving of electricity and reducing elevator and laundry service. Report of unauthorized grill at location. Upon arrival report was unfounded. Reporter advised that he has had three encounters with a female who currently has an order of protection against him, following him and believes wants to provoke him into violating the order. Reporter was advised to continue to avoid the female in accordance with the order and to report any further encounters. Mother of adult son arrived at location to report he was assaulted, but he did not want to report it. Victim stated he knew the subjects. NYPD requested. Victim advised soda was spilled on her while riding the bus and wanted a no eating/drinking policy enforced. Victim complained of lights from movie shoot shining into her apartment. NYPD requested and on scene and advised victim there is no report he can file. Reporter complained a female was almost struck by a Yellow cab who was driving recklessly. Cab driver advised of island resident who was intoxicated and vomited in his car. Subject then ran out of the cab. Search for subject yielded negative results. Victim advised unknown subject attempted to disengage the chain lock to his apartment door. R/O escorted victim back to his apartment to find all in order. Victim advised to utilize all three locks at all times.

Victim reported his Iphone and lap top computer were missing from his apartment when he awoke. No visible damages to door. NYPD refused. Victim advised someone possibly entered her apartment and took her wireless router. No signs of forced entry. Victim advised his Xbox and playstation were missing when he awoke. He advised he did not lock his door. No signs of forced entry. NYPD on scene but did not take report.

Male was advised that location is prohibited without authority. Report of youths climbing the fence to location. Upon arrival and search of entire location report was unfounded. ARREST Report of youths loitering at location. Upon arrival youths were in an abandoned car. Both youths brought into PSD. One youth issued a summons and released to his parent. The other youth released to his parent as he was under summonsing age. Reporter advised a male subject was loitering in the bathroom of location and left the scene upon being noticed. Reporter advised subject is homeless. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. ARREST Male subject observed at location unlawfully. Subject provided identification and was issued a summons and released. ARREST Two male subjects observed at location unlawfully. Both subjects were previously issued trespass notices. Subjects were transported to PSD, issued summonses and released to the custody of their parents.

Two females involved in a discussion when a male approached yelling and using profanities toward them. The male then proceeded to take a picture of them and exit the bus. Victim advised while walking male subject yelled obscenities at him and prejudice remarks. Victim requested NYPD, but did not wait. NYPD Officer on scene and advised of the incident. Victim advised unknown male punched him. Search for subject yielded negative results. Victim advised female subject is harassing her, following her and taking pictures of her with her cell phone. Ongoing situation between both parties.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT 7/2/2011 595 Main St

ARREST Two males involved in a physical altercation causing a disturbance and damage to apartment wall. Building management notified of damage and both parties were issued summonses for disorderly conduct. Both parties were escorted from the building without incident. Reporter advised a male youth was removed from the bus for refusing to pay his fare. After removal the youth threw a rock at the bus. Youth was apprehended on another bus, was taken to PSD and released to the custody of his guardian. Reporter advised of disorderly male at location. Upon investigation male subject was frustrated as he was lost. Male was escorted to subway and given directions to his destination. ARREST Male subject became disorderly at location using profanity towards officers. Subject had in his possession an open container and ziplock bag of marijuana. Subject issued summonses for disorderly conduct, open container and unlawful possession of an illegal substance. ARREST Victim and two male subjects involved in an altercation. Victim stated subjects took his backpack containing over $3,000 worth of electronics. Subject #1 was apprehended and placed into custody when victim began hitting him and becoming disorderly. NYPD on scene but would not take report for insufficient evidence. Both victim and subject were issued summonses for disorderly conduct and released. ARREST Two subjects observed fighting at location. Both subjects were issued summonses. One subject taken to Mt. Sinai by EMS the other subject was taken into custody by 114 Pct Detective for an open warrant. ARREST Three subjects taken into custody after causing a public disturbance, combative behavior towards officers and failing to comply with a lawful order. Two male subjects were transported to 114 Pct for arrest processing and one youth subject released to the custody of his guardian.

Victim advised a number of male youths threw a lit firecracker at her while walking along location. No physical injuries sustained. EMS and NYPD refused. Search of area yielded negative results for subjects. Report of loud noise coming from location. Upon investigation a window was shattered and a rock found on the floor. NYPD on scene. Store manager advised of condition and refused NYPD. Reporter advised group of male youths harassed her while riding in the elevator, followed her to her vehicle and threw a rock at it causing damage. Youths then fled the area. Search of area yielded negative results for subjects. Victim advised someone had thrown a rubber glove filled with water out of the window. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Reporter advised sign above the elevator at location was set on fire. Sign was taken down and area clean up. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Unknown subject kicked in glass window of bus and damaged door. Description of subject was given, but search of area for subject yielded negative results. Two vehicles reported vandalized. Windows were popped open and contents of both vehicles glove compartments were on the floor. Elevator sign observed on fire at location. FDNY on scene to correct the condition. Damage to sign on the wall. No further damage or injuries to report.

ARREST Male subject taken into custody on the scene for a violation of an order of protection. Subject was taken to 114 Pct for arrest processing. NYPD ARREST Subject was apprehended with regard to an outstanding warrant. Subject was transported to PSD to await arrival of NYPD officers for transport to Central Booking.

ARREST Victim advised two male subjects assaulted him and stole his Iphone. Upon investigation along with NYPD victim was in possession of a stolen phone. All three subjects were apprehended and transported to 114 Pct for arrest processing.
