MERLOT-CABERNET
VQA NIAGARA PENINSULA VQA

2009

How we made it

This wine is an artful blend of very small lots of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from 5 of the best vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula. Each lot was fermented and aged separately for an average of 14 months in Oak barrels. They were then blended in the best proportions to create a wine with an unabashedly lavish style.
