• • • HANDLING COMPANY DISTRIBUTORS IN ASSIGNED MARKET WITHIN BRANCH GEOGRAPHY COMPULSORY MARKET TOURING FOR 22-25 DAYS IN A MONTH PREPARES REPORTS AND PLANS AT BRANCH DURING FIRST WEEK OF EVERY MONTH

Outlet, beat and DS mapping • • • Beat description and to see the number of outlets the salesman has to serve. Have to make sure that each DS has six beats. Correction should be made if error found.

D&D monitoring and capturing in CIS • • • The D&D sku’s need to be identified at each distributor Point. List of top ten D&D Sku’s need to be handed over to each DS. Separate list to be prepared for Grocery 1 and 2 by respective AE. AE should take appropriate action on the basis of Freshness check, rotate stock or pick it up as D&D. • Scheme sheet All market return need to be taken in through the vajra by outlet
