COMPLAINT

Yosef S. Fraser, and Rochelle King- Fraser the reason this family have been

inspiredto seeka judgment againstTallahasseeHousing Authority are in part as follows.

' Employeesat Tallahassee

HousingAuthority attemptedto usethe Court to commit

Larceny againstthis family.

a. with the intent of permanentlyacquiringthis Apt. through extortionate means.

' This problemcausedthesechildrento be takenaway by the Depts.Childrenand

Familiesfor 2 monthsand eventuallycausedThe Fraserparentsto loosethere

Employment.

' It hasbeenproventhat the environmentwithin the Apt. is causingthe childrento

becomeill, yet no preparationshave beenmadestructurally to attempt to alleviatethe

matter.

o In our belieftheseemployeesshouldbe subjectto VicariousLiability for theselabeled

reasons.

a. allegationsof Health and Safetyviolations, in which are also regulatory offenses.

b. numerousinstancesof retaliatorvconduct.

c. we are also allegingthat theseviolations are not limited to non corporations,solely

becausetheseviolations endangerthe health and Safetyof the GeneralPublic.
