Chicken with a delicious green mole Honey roasted squash Harvest rice with currants and pine nuts roasted in butter Refried Beans Green Salad Bread (Pan de muerto) Dessert table The theme is Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead, and we are taking this opportunity to honor individuals from the past who lived in the Imperial Valley but are no longer with us as part of the tradition of Dia de los Muertos. Come see the beautiful, colorful altars, also a part of the Native tradition.
