Lower Strength Cocktails
Bengal Lancers’ Punch 13 ‘The Gentleman’s Companion’ – Charles H. baker Jr. 1926 This punch was the specialty of His Maj. Cavalry in upper India, a delicate mix of red wine, citrus juices, orange curacao and sugar & spice Sherry Cobbler 11 Dry sherry, orange curacao, pineapple, lemon & orange wedges with a splash of sugar. Served long over cracked ice. “Without doubt the most popular beverage in the country, with ladies as well as with gentlemen” - Harry Johnson, New York 1882 Americano Highball 11 Campari & Italian vermouth served long with soda and orange slices, the classic aperitif from 1920’s Italy. Charlie Chaplin Fizz 12 Sloe gin, Apricot brandy and lime juice given a quick shake and topped with soda water. “A day without laughter is a day wasted” – Charlie Chaplin Venetian Cooler 15 Inspired by the fantastic ‘Bellini’, we take a French sparkling wine and combine with pureed peaches, pomegranate, lemon and a splash of sherry. Rum Floradora 12 White rum, fresh-raspberry syrup, lime juice and ginger beer. A long, dry and light highball with real fruit syrup. Champagne Daisy 13 Raspberry syrup, Cointreau, brandy & lemon juice shaken and topped with champagne “Come quickly, I’m tasting stars!” –Dom Perignon Adonis Cocktail 11 The perfect light-alcohol aperitif from the Savoy Hotel’s original cocktail book (1930). Simply dry sherry, sweet vermouth and a dash of orange bitters stirred down over ice.

Long Drinks
Fish-House Punch 18 Rum and brandy, peach and citrus, sugar and spice. A very traditional punch recipe, believed to account for the only three days missing from George Washington’s meticulously kept diaries! Singapore Sling 17 The original Raffles Hotel recipe, the one before they started making buckets of pre-mix for the tourists! Strong and dry with freshly juiced pineapples, citrus juice, gin and a finely balanced blend of orange, cherry and Benedictine liqueurs. Rum Swizzle 18 Our ‘house grog’ rum blend with fresh lime juice, sugar, bitters and falernum (a traditional West Indian spiced syrup). Swizzled into a devastatingly refreshing cooler in a frozen glass. Seamstress Bloody Mary 18 Every couple has their secrets and in this relationship (that’s you dear drinker and the bartender fixing your drink), our Bloody Mary recipe is the proverbial garden shed. It includes tomato juice, that’s all we’re telling...;-) El Diablo 17 1950’s California gives us ‘The Devil’. Tequila with lime juice, crème de cassis and lengthened with our blended spicy ginger beer, served tall. Southside Fizz 17 Fragrant Gin with lime, sugar and fresh mint, shaken and served in a traditional ‘Delmonico’ glass with a squirt of soda. Penicillin 18 Scotch whisky and a splash of smoky Islay single malt shaken with lemon, honey syrup and spicy ginger juice. A rapidly spreading favourite on cocktail menus around the world. Good for all that ‘ails you. Bartender’s Choice Every week we put a new drink up on the board. Something we like, something we think people should be drinking! 16

Short Drinks in Fancy Glasses
London Calling 17 London dry gin with fresh lemon juice & sugar syrup, dried out with a Manzanilla sherry & a couple of dashes of orange bitters. The perfect-pre dinner drink from Milk & Honey in London. Pisco Sour 17 The South American classic. Aromatic Peruvian Pisco brandy shaken with citrus, cane sugar syrup and egg whites until silky. Served with a blend of bitters. Pink Lady 17 Just like the apple, juicy, crisp & very pink! Apple brandy and pomegranate syrup shaken with gin, lemon juice and egg white. Another old drink that is one of our new favourites. The Tri-fecta 17 Polish vodka, fresh lime, sugar and elderflower cordial shaken with cucumber and mint. A triple hit of fresh flavours combine for a vibrant & racy winner. Vodka Espresso 17 Our house espresso ‘martini’ made with Polish vodka and a blend of coffee liqueurs, Gravity© espresso something special. “Something to pick me up, then f*ck me up” Clover Club A beautiful drink from the 1930’s, Tanqueray Gin with homemade raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg whites. Dry and fruity with a zesty smooth finish. 17

Brooklyn 17 American rye whiskey stirred through with dry cherry liqueur, Italian vermouth & Amer Biere bitter orange. Closely related to the Manhattan cocktail, this drink is complex but full of subtlety as well as flavour. Blackthorn Cocktail 17 Sloe gin & sweet vermouth stirred down with orange bitters. A delicate blend of fruit and herbs, a great aperitif cocktail.

*some drinks may contain egg white or nuts, please specify if you have any allergies.
