• Sensitivity training
• Purpose is to sensitize people to the
perceptions & behavior related aspects of
themselves & others.

helps to accept individual differences
• Used to reduce interpersonal conflict
• Enhances group cohesiveness & improves
organizational productivity & efficiency

moderating the discussion & by providing
