Prajitura ciocolata

Blat : 5 galbenuse se freaca cu 150 gr zahar Se adauga : 1 pahar ulei 1 pahar apa minerala 250 – 300 gr faina 1 praf de copt 2 linguri cacao

5 albusuri se bat spuma cu 150 gr zahar si se adauga in compozitia de mai sus. Crema : 150 ml apa se amesteca cu 150 gr cacao si 300 gr zahar Se face un sirop si se pune la racit, apoi se amesteca cu 375 gr Rama si 4 galbenusuri. Se taie blatul in 2 si se unge cu crema : Blat Crema Blat Crema (strat mai subtire) Ciocolata rasa (sau alte briz-brizuri)
