Snow

What a cold beauty she is! Like a white blanket, she hides everything ugly Making everything beautiful Wouldn’t it be nice, to be just like snow To fall from the heavens and touch every ones secretive hearts lift the spirits of crying children into the cosmos of eternal bliss Like an angel’s frozen tear drop It falls down on earth Making us recall our good and bad memoirs It would be nice, to be like snow To hide everything that makes cry out To have a frozen heart that no mortal being can melt But then you realize that snow is always alone No one can hurt her and she hurts no one Yes! It would be nice, to be just like snow. To hold every ones frozen wishes And melt with them into the wishing grounds To bloom into a dandelion of more future wishes I wish to be like snow To be able to freeze pain away To touch every one while I fall To sing that special song that only children can hear! I want to be just like snow So I can cover everything bad underneath a white blanket And make everything cold and beautiful

Then melt away into the grounds of unwanted thoughts and dreams Yes! I want to be just like snow. By Camille Tambe.
