Fill mixing glass two-thirds full fine ice.

I piece of lemon peel.

I teaspoonful syrup.

I teaspoonful pineapple syrup.

I or 2 dashes orange bitters.

I or 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters.

I wine glass applejack.

Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, dash with

seltzer and serve.
