INTRODUCTION
Parryware, a sanitary ware sector was a major player in the sanitary ware industry in India. It was a part of 6000 crores Muruguppa Group. In June, 2008 EID PARRY INDIA LIMITED of MURUGAPPA GROUP sold its 47% stake to the ROCA SANITARIO for 112 million (717 crores). Now Parry has only 3% stake in the company. ROCA, Worlds No. 1 Sanitary ware manufacturer by, Ceramic World Review (the most widely read magazine in the global ceramics industry) head quartered at Barcelona, Spain. Production in 17 countries Target: 800 crore by 2011

METHODOLOGY
Objectives of the study: To study the important factors
which are needed to motivate the employees.

Type of Research: Descriptive Sample Size & Method of Selecting Sample: A sample
of 50 respondents in total has been randomly selected

employees at executive and managerial level and not on the workers of the plant .

Harmonious relationship in the organization between employees and management and the employees are really motivated by the management. Satisfied with the present incentive plan of the company. Some dont find performance appraisal fair. Support from co- workers is moderate. The study concludes that, the motivational program in RBPPL, Alwar is found moderately effective .

RECOMMENDATIONS
RBPPL should try to improve performance appraisal system. Better career development opportunities should be given to the employees for their improvement. Should concentrate on both financial and non- financial benefits . If the centralized system of management is changed to a partially decentralized one, then there would be active and committed participation of staff for the success of the organization.
