This is a Department of State Document listing the persons I persuaded to lecture at

the National Interdepartmental Seminar or the Foreign Affairs Executive Seminar
during the 1969-1976 period. No one ofthem were paid more than $50.00, a great
many did not receive any remuneration, and a good number of them made several
appearances. Because ofthe nature of the audience, I do not recall a singe instance
when an individual, no matter their rank or station in life, declined an invitation to be a
lecturer.
