Malaysian consumers are still highly consent a brand is a promise, an expectation waiting to be fulfilled . Customer expecting a good brand with best qualiy of brand. Some of the best brands are built over time, and on far more good advertising, location, and packaging. How to develop? Through marketing. The real promise of a brand is built on the back end, by marketing. Research Questions  What are Malaysian buyers’ perceptions regarding the brand?  How does brand personality affect consumer decision making?  How do Malaysia consumers’ perceive the quality of product?  How do Malaysian shoppers respond to the brand excellence? Objective - Try to understand customer need better. - Maintaining long-term customer relationship. - Be able to pursue a strategy of relationship marketing and brand.
