HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE

Objective Of The Committee The basic objective of formation of the committee is to enhance the awareness of health and safety issues/matters among the workers and to educate them on the preventive measures towards of injuries, accidents, etc… and also mitigate the effects of the related hazards through precaution as all healthy and safety matters through consultation process with the active participation from the management as per the applicable laws,rules regulation and best industry practical. Scope The committee shall have full authority to consider all and any concerned issues impacting their health, safety and work environment. Authority The decision of the authority shall be binding on the management and be enforced promptly. The committee shall have to consult the factory management and issues requiring capital investment and infrastructure changes.

WORKER’S COMMMITTEE Objective of committee. The workers for their benefits supported by the management formed the workers committee. Here workers are given full liberty to select their leaders. They have been given freedom to join organisation of their choice for their collective bargaining. M/s prateek apparels ensures that workers who make such decision or participate in such organisation are not the object of discrimination or punitive disciplinary actions and that the representations of such organisation have access to their members under conditions established either by local laws or mutual agreement between the employer and the workers organisations.
