But in case the time is not covenient, a period
close to that can be chosen.
2 You should maintain absolute silence during

this period. Having your full concentration on
what you are doing.

4 If you break the silence,you start again from
that point of time for an hour.

10 PATH OF DUTY (KARMA YOGA) A THE PAST: Here we analyze our yesterday's activities.
10 We see how was our success % in carrying out
the activities, and the reasons for failure, if any.

10 B THE PRESENT:Here we plan for today.What are our
activities for the day.We write down what all things to do.
C THE FUTURE:
1 We plan our activities for tomorrow by writing it down
5 2 We plan for the next 7 days (a week) - write it down
10 10 3 We plan for next 12 months (a year) - what we plan to

This time is to be spent on gaining knowledge from sources
5 like; books, cassettes, videos, notes etc. - non-entertaining.

2 The next 10 min. is to read, hear or watch the sources
3 The last 5 min. is to summarise what knowledge we have

During this time you remember the Creator, the Master Planner .
Thank him for today.Talk to him directly while thinking about him in
your mind.You tell him what are you here for and what
are your plans during this life given to you, by
him. Try to converse with him. Do not make it a one way
conversation. If you concentratingly try to listen, you can hear
10 him talking to you.
Ask him for advice and guidance.
