Pasta a la Shrimp Scampi 2 Servings: 10 large raw shrimp, peeled ¼ cup butter 3 large mushrooms, thinly sliced sliced

¼ cup green onion slices 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 T. sherry ¼ cup heavy cream or ½ & ½ 1 tsp. minced parsley 6 servings: 30 large raw shrimp, peeled ¾ cup butter 9 large mushrooms, thinly ¾ cup green onion slices 6 cloves garlic, minced 3 T. sherry ¾ cup heavy cream or ½ & ½ 1 T. parsley

Melt butter in pan. Sauté mushrooms, green onion, garlic, and shrimp for 4-5 minutes. Add sherry, cream, and parsley and cook over medium-low heat a few minutes until thickened. Serve over pasta of choice.
