Skills

How to Give Your Character Custom Skills… You give Custom Skills to your characters to develop their strengths. Each Skill, whether selected from the example list or one you have made up and submitted for approval, has three (3) levels. Beginner (+2 to roll) Advance (+4 to roll) Expert (+6 to roll) At character creation, you are given 5 points to distribute into your Skills. It doesn’t matter how you distribute them as long as you don’t exceed 3 points in any one skill. At present, there is no level beyond expert. However, this may change over time. Beginner will cost you 1 point Advance will cost you 2 points Expert will cost you 3 points. The following list will give you some idea of the types of skills you might choose for your character. If you do not see a skill you would like to attribute to your character, please submit the skill with a brief explanation for approval. o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o Acrobatics/Tumbling Acting, Performance Agriculture (Farming) Alchemy Alcohol Intake Animal Traps Appraise (Item Type) Archaeology Archery, (Bow or Crossbow) Axes (One Handed) Axes (Two Handed) Balance/Tightrope Walking Bandaging Biology Blacksmithing (Armor) Blacksmithing (Weapons) Booby Traps (Craft) Boomerang Bowyer/Fletcher Brewing Carpentry Compose Music Culinary Arts (Food Type) Direction Sense o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o Disable Traps and Devices Disguise Driving Dodging Forgery (Item Type) Heightened Listening Heightened Sight Hide/Hiding Language Speak (Language Name) Language Read & Write (Language Name) Lip Reading Lockpicker Martial Arts (Type) Mimicry Parry Play Instrument (Type – Wind, Stringed, Vibrating, etc.) Seamanship Seduction Shields Skinning Silent Movement Stone Masonry
