Prinos Village, Reservation Checklist

We are delighted that you have decided to purchase an apartment at Prinos Village, Crete. Please read the full Investment Report before proceeding to reserve as it contains all the information you will need, including details of the purchasing process and details of when monies become due. Once you are ready to reserve, please use this checklist to ensure you have provided the necessary information, documentation and monies. Checklist 
Reservation Form  Check the availability of the plot you have selected by calling Urban Exposure on 020 7763 7186  Fill in personal details for all purchasers  Indicate whether you require a mortgage, and the amount of loan you hope to obtain as a percentage of the property value  Work out your exchange deposit – this is 15% of the list price  All purchasers need to sign and date the form Fill in applicants Personal Details Fill in applicants Employment Details Fill in income and expenses statements Sign and date the form Enclose the following documentation;  Proof of ID (A colour copy of your passport)  Your last 3 years Tax Returns (P60)      Arrange a bank transfer for €1500 to Bank of Greece using details provided

Please note that plots are held provisionally for 3 days on verbal reservation, and only officially reserved upon receipt of the above documentation and once the reservation fee has cleared into the designated bank account. The completed documentation needs to be sent to: Prinos Village Reservations Urban Exposure 26 Dover Street London W1S 4LY We recommend that you use Registered Post or Special Delivery if posting from within the UK, or the equivalent postage requiring a signature on delivery if posting from outside the UK.
