. In a pan, heat oil on medium heat.
2. Add extremely Iine chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
3. $prinkle salt.
4. Cook 2-3 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes (solid, not puree) and mix well.
6. AIter it has become a little thick, add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and
coriander powder.
7. Mix quickly or else it`ll burn.
8. Add chicken and mix well.
9. nce chicken changes colour slightly, cover pan.
. Cook Ior some time (-5minutes). II chicken cuts easily, take lid oI pan and let it stay to
make it dry but not too dry.
. Keep aside.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, lemon and leaves. Mix well.
4. Pour this in tortilla wraps with chutney or sauce.
