Background/rationale -what is the reason why you chose the problem? -what is bothering you regarding the management of your chosen client? II. Problem statement: Main Problem: -What is the main question that needs to be answered? Specific Problems: -What are the related questions that need to be answered to answer the main problem? III. Summary: Summarize at least 2 nursing journal articles read that relates to the problem Sources: refereed nursing journals IV. Findings: Based on the 2 articles read, -How do they address each specific problem? -After considering the findings, state the answer to each specific problem V. Conclusion: State your answer to the main problem. VI. Comments/Reactions: - What is the significance of your findings to your patient care? - Based on your findings, how do you plan to improve the nursing care og your patient? -How can your findings be used to improve nursing practice?
