Tubular necrosis, interstitial nephritis

Cardiac lesions, epicardial & endocardial petechiae, myocardial interstitial edema, coronary arteritis

Hemorrhage, focal necrosis, infiltration within the adrenal gland

injury (focal/ diffuse), interstitial & intraalveolar edema & bleeding, frank hemorrhage
