to flood, but the downpour on the capital at near by
provinces has experienced over the past three days
is extra ordinary.
Much of this city of some ten million people is now
under water.
Landside and raising flood water homicidal several
life’s, the influence have forced ten of thousand of
people out of the home and to make shift evacuation
center such as school and churches.
