LASGS Leadership Roles

Principal -Student discipline/referrals -Local District and central -Budget -Partnerships -Monthly report to Leadership Meetings on partnerships and budget -Accountability: STULL evaluations and directs teachers on support opportunities

Lead Teacher -SSTs -Gather input and finalize Master Schedule -Monthly report to Leadership Meetings on student success/engagement (office reports, based on observations and student surveys on LASGS Mission Support Rubric)

Counselor -On-site crisis counseling -Update credit databases for all students when transcripts come out -Program students schedules and summer school -LACC liaison -Monthly report to Principal

NTF Advocate -New Tech/PBL Support -Monthly one-on-one check-ins with teachers on the tools -Monthly report to Leadership Meetings on use of tools by teacher (based on observations and student surveys on LASGS Mission Support Rubric) IT Coordinator: IT troubleshooting/support Monthly report to Leadership Meetings (accomplished completed items, ongoing challenges, next steps) Manage content on LASGS.org website Manage content on Active Directories with storage limits

Pupil Services & Attendance Counselor: Monitors attendance and oversees SARB/SART process Sets up ongoing counseling services outside of school for students in need Monthly report to Principal to present at the meeting on accomplished completed items, ongoing challenges, next steps

Leadership Team: Plan staff Professional Development and posts weekly PD agendas Create action plans and set the next Leadership agenda by the end of each meeting Plan new teacher orientations/support, coordinate BTSA support to align with our plans
