In the previous tip, I talked about using rest and relaxation to get motivated and
to stay motivated. One way in which you can do this is by using aromatherapy.
This is the use of scents to alter your mood.

You can perform aromatherapy by using a combination of scented oils; or by
burning aromatherapy candles. Whatever way you choose, spend some time to
research your choice of scents, so that you pick ones that will induce moods that
are conducive to work or to relaxation (depending on how you are using them).
