Organisational Role Stress Scale (ORS) (Pareek, 1993) People have different feelings about their roles.

Statements describing some of these feelings are given in the following. Read each statement and indicate how often you have the feeling expressed in the statement in relation to your role in your organization. Use the numbers below to indicate your own feelings. If you find that the category does not adequately indicate your feelings,use the one which is closest to the way you feel. Do not leave any item unanswered.
