Comments: Sorrel is a tropical plant with small deep red fruits that traditionally have be en used at Christmas time in Trinidad and Tobago. The drink resembles red wine i n colour and has a very unique flavour. It is also available ready made in groceries but mos t prefer it when it is prepared fresh.
