ANSWER: Bahrain Bay has created four foundations philosophies: Focusing on Scale and Aesthetics, Social Equity, Community Fabric and Tomorrows Environment. This philosophy helps to ensure that Bahrain Bay becomes a holistic, sustainable place for generations to come. Continuous development becomes a realization and these foundations become a guide for Bahrain Bay to achieve the high standards and attention to detail that they have set for it. ANSWER: MIPIM which is founded in 1963 by Reed Midem, is the world's leading real estate exhibition and conference. It brings together the most influential real estate professionals to explore major international property development projects and at the same time connect with potential partners. They offer exhibition zone showcasing the latest developments, a comprehensive program of conferences and events, and a wide range of exclusive services. Through this trade show, it helps Bahrain Bay to market the properties and its amenities internationally because this is annually done Cannes, France. The marketing teams for the project were attending the exhibition and they were seeking additional investors and developers to make sure that goal and mission of Bahrain Bay will be achieve and that is to get commitment from the developers and investors to create a new waterfront community which is in the north short of Manama.
