MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD November 18, 2010 Dumas Hampton Inn & Suites SUBJECT: Memorandum – The purpose of this memorandum

is to document the activity and interaction going on within the hotel as well as with other co-workers. 1. We have had this conversation over and over again and it needs to stop or else it will lead to termination. For example, if you have a problem with someone that you are working with you need to let me (Sneha) know, or someone in management know what is going on. Do not try to handle the situation yourself. You need to start handling situations in a more professional way. Do not spread rumors. Do not talk to guests or customers about our company business as well talking about coworkers. If you have a problem with someone or something, it needs to be handled in a professional manner and also management needs to know about it. Everything that happens here at the hotel is confidential, and it is no one else’s business period. This has gradually gotten worst over the months. We had this same issue arise few months ago when Kasi was here. It seems to be that no matter how many times I’ve told you and the situation occurs with someone new.

This behavior is unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated. If this does not stop immediately this will result in termination from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Dumas.
