Welcome to NSP Coaching Newsletter - December 2011

Bye .. Bye 2011!
Hello again! It has been a very busy couple of months for me and as we approach the end of 2011 I am so looking forward to 2012 as I will be busy contributing to radio, media and working on seminars & workshops with various charities, CIC and like-minded individuals. At the beginning of the month I was invited to a Community Leader’s Partnership (CLP) meeting organised by the two local MPs Mark Lancaster & Iain Stewart in partnership with the Milton Keynes Equality Council. It is amazing the when all local community heads/ leaders come together how we all share fundamentally the same principles, subscribe to the same beliefs on how we can support and help the community. The meeting was very productive and I am glad I had the opportunity to be there. TIPS:

Stay Calm Be Strong Be Positive

Wishing you all a Happy Christmas and all the best for 2012, the Chinese Year of the Dragon.

Rebuild Yourself in 3 Steps is a workbook that has been especially designed to help you to move forward in life and attain your dream future. The workbook will take you to journey of self-discovery: It will help you push away the negativity, focus on your inner strengths in order to make positive changes in your life. After completing the workbook I offer a free person evaluation.

Christmas Time
Christmas is a magical time for children, as they wait expectantly for Santa Claus to bring presents particularly to those who have been good all year. When I was young, as a family we only celebrated the New Year. Only since I moved to the UK have I started celebrating Christmas but the exciting thing was that we arrived in the UK in December. It

was magical with all the festive lights and get together. I am of course looking forward to New Year’s Eve but even more so this year as next year will be the Chinese Year of the Dragon which is my year! My wish is for everyone everywhere to feel safe, secure and live in harmony. May all your hearts desires come true!
