Greetings, my name is Jason Camacho. No, thats a terrible introduction,.sorry were not boring here at Ultimate Abdominals. Yes, I am the 19 year old mind behind Ultimate Abdominals, but I am also the author of this ebook. Hopefully you get a lot out of this ebook because it took me pretty long to put this beauty together. Now I know there are several pictures throughout this ebook of me, and yes, I know Im not the most ripped guy on earth. So what could a young college student like me know about obtaining six pack abs? Well, for starters I am at least developing that toned stomach, so I guess Im one step closer to having that chiseled stomach all of those bodybuilders do out there. No, honestly I know I dont have that bodybuilder kind of stomach, but I am aiming to reach that goal. Now back to my expertise in the area of Six Pack Abs. I spent two years going through numerous six pack abs programs that I thought would really benet me the way I wanted, but none of them seemed to get me where I wanted. During my rst year of college I noticed there were so many people that wanted to get that model body, but they didnt know how. The problem was neither did I. Now, ever since I was 6 years old Ive had a muscular stomach (not six pack abs), and what this means was that I was naturally t & skinny. This means I never really had to do much to maintain a at, somewhat toned stomach. But this wasnt enough for me, I wanted more than just the average at stomach. I wanted to be like those insanely chiseled, bu guys you see on t.v. with a six pack that could eat your tiny stomach for breakfast. I wanted to push myself to my limit to achieve this. So, I began working out and taking various abdominal exercises from dierent friends. I gured, I could get those chiseled abs as long as I worked them out everyday right? Nope, I was wrong. I didnt understand why there was no distinguishable dierence. So, I researched constantly for the next year just learning new things about muscle development and fat loss, and mainly why I wasnt able to see any dierence in my stomach from the insane ab workouts my friends showed me. Now, almost two years later, Im barely putting all of that research together into an organized, outlined program to developing perfect six pack abs. Im slowly integrating every secrets and tip I discovered into my Ultimate Six Pack Plan, so Ill admit Im nowhere near perfect. No, Im not some t bodybuilder, but I am here to share with you the absolute truths and detailed secrets to obtaining toned abs fast and naturally. Perform Cardio Training To Boost Fat Loss
Cardiovascular training is vital to any six pack program because it helps you to burn those calories and lose that abdominal fat. Perform cardiovascular exercises about 3 to 5 times a week and do some major exercises that target your heart rate zone. Examples of this would be jogging, swimming, walking, or even hiking. These kinds of exercises will begin to slowly and progressively get rid of that fat that covers your abdominals.

Build Muscle Especially In Your Abdominals Area


Add in a full body strength workout that incorporates a moderate amount of core training. Muscle building is going to be your main, natural weapon against abdominal fat because muscle destroys fat better than anything. The point of your core training is to build muscle through abdominal exercises that will develop permanent six pack abs. Core training will build the muscle in your abdominal area and develop the six pack abs that will eventually destroy that

unwanted belly fat. The added muscle gained from strength training will speed metabolism and increase overall fat burned. Strength training should be done about 3 to 5 times a week, because this is the perfect amount for your body to begin to develop six pack abs. Your body will slowly get into the routine of working out 3 to 5 times a week, which is the perfect amount for your body rst starting out. Eventually you can build those six pack abs faster by increasing your workout time and the amount of abdominal exercises you perform.

Strength can be developed through abdominal exercises, and your appearance can be developed through this as well. However, your appearance weighs heavily on your posture and how you portray your six pack abs. Think about it. If you keep your spine straight while you sit and stand, your stomach will be more accustomed to naturally holding itself in. On the other hand, if you constantly slouch when you sit and hunch when you stand, your stomach will naturally let itself hang out. Increasing your posture will help you to naturally go from fat to abs without any hard work. Plan. Obviously you are trying to develop six pack abdominals, so it would make sense that you would focus on strengthening and toning your stomach area. Many people just focus majorly on their aerobics exercises and I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but I am saying there is so much more you're going to have to do if you really want to get the ultimate results out of your abdominals.

If you really want to develop Six Pack Abdominals, you cant treat it as a joke or only put half your eort into your workouts. You have to give your all and really push yourself to reach the goals you set for yourself. It isnt easy to push yourself to your limit, believe me, but it can be much easier when you just think about the results to come in the future. The next time you exercise or work out, limit your breaks and increase your workout time so that you come out of your routine feeling extremely exhausted. Dont Focus 100% On Workouts But See The Whole Picture One thing you need to know is that you can't obtain six pack abs solely on abdominal exercises four to ve times a week. There is so much more, including dietary changes. Yes workouts are a vital part to your Ultimate Six Pack Plan, but workouts are just a smaller part of the larger six pack puzzle. Your nutritional diet plays a HUGE part in the results you obtain through your daily six pack ab routine. You can still work hard in your workouts and get results, but the more healthy changes you make to your diet, faster youll see your six pack abdominals start to form. Working Out More Than 5 Times A Week Is Pointless Many individuals feel as if they need to workout their abdominal muscles every single day of the week. However, this is very wrong and I dont want you feeling as if you need to do this. The maximum amount you should be performing abdominal exercises is about 5 times a week so you denitely shouldn't perform abdominals workouts more than ve times a week. You can workout more than ve days, but your body still has a limit to how much muscle it can build, no matter how much eort you place into working out your abs each week. I recommend you perform your abdominals workout about every other day, and at the maximum, do your workout ve days a week to really reach the peak of your six pack abs. You are literally wasting your time if you workout your abdominals anymore than 5 times a week, because the amount of eort you put into working out each week, won't change the amount of muscle your body can build, or the amount of fat you can burn. Use An Exercise Ball To Maximize Results In Half The Time I personally, have had experience with ab workouts on an exercise ball, and honestly there can be a big dierence in the amount of results that are delivered, and especially the amount of time it takes to see those results. The rst thing is that they work your abs much harder than regular abdominal exercises on the oor or a mat. Second of all, not only does it work your abs harder, but it works more of your muscles. What I mean is that they give your six pack abdominals a much bigger range of motion, which means your entire abdominal muscle group will get a workout. Suddenly an exercise that targets one main group of your abdominals, lets say your lower abs, all of the sudden targets your obliques as well, because of the workout ball. Another main fact about workouts with one of these, is that you'll develop much greater improvements in your balance and coordination. Just think about it, you're not only using your abdominals to keep you stable, but you're using countless other muscles, including your leg and back muscles. Dont Waste Your Time With Abdominal Products Many individuals use tness equipment like abdominal products, and they feel like they get better results from these. More power to them. However, from my personal experience and research, abdominal equipment accessories do nothing extra powerful for you and dont make a dramatic dierence in your results. You can get the same results just by doing 25 minutes of abdominal exercises 3-5 times a week. These training products include Abs belts, abs loungers, abs machines, and other abdominal gizmos and gadgets that supposedly can "help develop six pack abs." The truth is you can obtain six packs just as fast through real abdominal exercises and a good nutritional diet. Regulate Your Body Temperature To Maintain Heat Drink water to regulate your body temperature and keep your body sweating so that your body doesn't overheat. If your body overheats, you can over-exhaust yourself and even faint from an unregulated body temperature. It is very important to keep your body temperature regulated throughout your workouts so you dont become fatigued. When you become fatigued, your body becomes sluggish during your workouts, and when you dont work as hard, youll see less results. Stay Away From Energy Drinks In Your Workouts Do NOT even think of drinking those "energy drinks" out there like Monsters, Rockstars, Red Bulls, and those fake energy uids. The reason is that these uids do absolutely nothing for you and even bring you down. These kinds of energy drinks actually do the opposite than give you energy, because they take way your nutrients due to the high amount of caeine. Energy drinks like these tend to give you fake energy for a minute or two, but then right after those few minutes are done, you feel like you're going to crash. Then, when you're working out and pushing yourself to your limit to develop six pack abdominals, you do NOT want to crash. You want to have as much energy as you possibly can. Never ever drink these energy drinks before, during, or even after your workouts. If your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or chisel out those abs, stay clear of energy drinks, and just drink water. Include A Powerful Weight Lifting Workout Into Your Program Weight lifting build muscles and requires you to burn calories both while you're working out and resting in between workouts. Muscles increase your metabolism, destroy abdominal fat and enhance overall performance. A full body workout will push your entire body to its limit and build your body up to develop chiseled six pack abdominals.

Mixing Up Workouts Is Ultimate


Mix & Match Two Workouts Into One: Like Aerobics & Simple Crunches Aerobics exercises are what will burn your calories and destroy your abdominal fat, while simple crunches build muscle and tone your abdominal muscles. When you combine these together, youre building muscle and destroying tummy fat at the same exact time. The cool thing about mixing workouts is that youre killing two birds with one stone, and maximizing your results tremendously. Mix and match other dierent workouts and see what really pushes your body to the limit. Incorporate Powerful Yoga Routines Into Your Ultimate Six Pack Program I had always looked at yoga as a boring stretching session to calm peoples minds and just take them out of reality for a while. Yoga does relax your physicality and calm your mind, but it also promotes fat loss, especially in the abdominals area. This is why yoga can be a very important addition to your plan to obtain chiseled, six pack abdominals. I am not saying that this will make a dramatic dierence and youll lose 50 lbs. in a week, because that just isnt realistic. But, I am saying that yoga can be a powerful addition to your arsenal in your battle against fat, and it can increase results and cut down the amount of time you have to wait to start seeing results. Yoga is considered to be one of those extra things you involve yourself in to lose weight a little bit faster, not extremely faster, but hey, every little thing we do helps right? Use Free Weights In Workouts Instead Of Machines Or Resistance Bands Use free weights to get faster, more powerful results. Its really as simple as that. Free weights work your body more and require your body to develop balance, core strength, and allaround strength. Examples of free weights include barbells and dumbbells. Resistance bands can develop muscle, but they develop muscle in a less eective way than free weights, and it is the same concept with machines as well. The machine isnt going anywhere when you pull on it, so your body doesnt require extra balance and core strength, as opposed to free weights that do. These free weight movements work larger muscle groups and also engage stabilizer muscles creating a more balanced body. This is the exact kind of workout your abdominals need in order to blast fat and develop muscle. Take Protein Shakes Before And After Workouts Take a protein shake before and after your workout, if your goal is to gain more weight and muscle mass. Protein shakes are highly recommended for those that have a lean body type and have trouble gaining muscle as fast as those that have a more natural muscular body type. body, instead of help you gain more weight. Find any local health/ supplement store that carries weight loss shakes or lean muscle mass shakes because these will help create a better internal environment for muscle to develop in a lean way and extra fat to be destroyed. One key point is to NOT go for protein supplements with the highest price. These high-priced protein powders only have an inated price to make itself look good when theres nothing worth squat inside the container. Look for quality ingredients in your protein powder and research which ingredients develop lean muscle mass and which ingredients promote increased weight due to mass muscle. Take Control Of Your Breathing During Your Workouts Breathing, though it is extremely simple and selfexplanatory, is one of the most important tips to weight training. This is also the biggest tip that most people dont consider, or overlook because they feel like they are doing it right. It is very important to breathe properly while exercising and NEVER hold your breath during an exercise movement or workout. The general rule is to breathe out all your air during the contraction phase of an exercise movement while breathing in on the lowering phase of an exercise. So for example, if you bench press, you would breathe all your air out while pushing the weight up and breathe in while bringing the weight back down. If you can control you breathing, you can control how long you can work out and how eciently you build muscle during each exercise. Exercise & Workout With A Friend Or Spotter This should be pretty common knowledge, but I feel most people I see nowadays disregard this little tip. I know this is a powerful tip so I feel like it needs to be explained to each and every person. All you need to do is be sure you work out with a friend or some random guy in the gym who wouldnt mind being a spotter for you for a while. The job of a spotter is to keep you from hurting yourself and give you condence and assurance to know that you can push yourself to your limit without having those weights collapse on you. Spotters watch you and can help you while you perform a movement exercise. This is vitally important for safety reasons but a good spotter can also help push you to your limit while training. There is denitely power in number when it comes to weight training and weight training with a few people can certainly add motivation. I highly recommend and even suggest you acquire a spotter before you begin your workouts. This is especially important for weighted abdominal exercises that require your full focus and maximum balance. Stretch Before Workouts To Warm Up & After Workouts To Cool Down It is extremely important to warm up before your workout with some light aerobics and exibility exercises. This will get your blood owing and allow for you to push yourself to your limit starting at the very beginning of your workout. It also allows for you to have

more energy all the way to the end of your workout by prepping your muscles to be stretched out. By doing some light aerobic activity about 5-10 minutes before weight training, you can help lower the chances for injury and allow your muscles to be better prepared for resistance exercise. Now you also need to cool down at the end of your workout and stretch your muscles out by doing some light aerobics and exibility stretches. Doing this will allow for your body to slowly relax the right way and protect your body from any injuries. Your post-workout stretches and aerobics will allow you to stretch those muscles well so that your muscles and lower your soreness for the next day.
No Im not ripped, but I do have the knowledge and tips that give instant results. I just have to learn to use them to optimize results for me so I can prove my tips work.

So I highly suggest you stretch out whatever muscle your planning on working out that day because chances are, youre going to pound those muscles to absolutely nothing by the end of your workout.

By stretching, you allow for maximum muscle output and development and protect yourself so you are at lower risk of pulling anything or injuring yourself.

Increase The Amount Of Weighted Abdominal Exercises You Perform If you really want to maximize your results and get chiseled abdominals, you want to increase the amount of weight-bearing exercises you perform each day to develop abdominal muscle much faster. Weighted abdominal exercises will push your muscles even harder and cause more abdominal fat to be destroyed. That abdominal fat will be replaced with muscle because you are causing your six pack abs to work harder with weighted exercises. An example of a weighted abdominal exercise would be to do normal sit ups but hold a 25lb. weight up above your head as you sit up. This causes extra work for your abdominals and targets more of your stomach.

Weighted Exercises Produce Results


Spend Less Time On NonWeighted Exercises But Still Perform Them It is important to focus more on weighted abdominal exercises, but that doesnt mean to ONLY perform weighted exercises. Yes, you get faster results, but it is still good to perform nonweighted abdominal exercises and incorporate them into your workout somehow. Combine Your Workouts So You Have More Of A Range Of Ultimate Exercises The best way to develop chiseled abdominals, is to combine your workouts. This means giving yourself a larger range of exercises that work dierent parts of your abs in dierent ways. There is no exercise that targets all your abdominal muscles because there are many dierent muscles that make up your core abdominals. For this reason, its especially important to branch out toward dierent abdominal exercises. Giving yourself a large range of exercises will guarantee that youre burning fat faster and targeting your entire abdominal fat area. Develop A Strong Back Through Ultimate Back Exercises A stronger back, means you have more strength to hold yourself up, but also to hold your stomach in. A strong back goes hand in hand with posture and posture is key to promoting a atter stomach. Incorporate powerful back workouts into your daily routine and youll start to see your posture improve dramatically. A consistent, strong posture will increase your fat-loss results and promote a atter stomach much faster. Strengthening your back will slowly allow for your abdominals to develop muscle easier and get rid of excess fat. Make Exercises Harder By Going The Extra Mile With Your Workouts Ive been noticing more and more with my personal workouts that my abdominals seem to become somewhat immune to some of the exercises that I repeatedly perform. However, Ive discovered that there are ways to make those abdominal exercises much harder and cause my abdominal muscles to build faster. For example a simple crunch can be maximized by turning it into a three step process. With a crunch you bring your head toward your feet by squeezing your torso, but what if you stopped for 10 seconds at three certain points throughout that process? This way your developing more in-depth abdominal strength by really causing them to work harder. This is what I mean by going the extra mile to really make your abdominals feel the burn. The harder you work, the faster youll develop permanent six pack abs. Mix Up Your Exercises So Your Abs Dont Become Immune To Certain Ones Mixing up your abdominal exercises can make a dramatic dierence in your workout results. If you have a certain order of abdominal exercises you perform each day, try and switch it up every week. Even add some abdominal exercises one week that you wouldnt normally perform the week before, and vice-versa. What this does is confuses your abs so they dont get used to a certain set workout, and causes them to develop more muscle and burn stomach fat faster.

Mix Your Workout Order Each Week To Obtain Ultimate Results If you have a certain workout schedule you follow each and every week, you shouldnt. Lets say you perform your abdominal workout rst, then do some cardio, and nish your workout with some normal free weight lifting. This is a good order maybe for one week, but switch it up the next week so that you do cardio rst, weight lifting next, and then nish it o with your six pack abdominals workout. The reason for this mix & match with your workouts each week is that Ive noticed I tend to see better results and feel more of a burn when I do something dierent each week. Plan Your Goals Out And Have Deadlines For Those Goals To Be Met It is extremely important to have a goals sheet before you start your Ultimate Six Pack Plan. From what Ive seen you succeed 10 times more when you create a list of goals that you want to meet in whatever you do. By planning out your goals, you can have an idea of how hard you have to work and what exactly you have to do to meet those goals. Now if you dont have your list of goals prior to your Ultimate Plan, you seem to lose sight of what you are really aiming for and dont have that drive to make whatever changes to your life youre trying to make. Also, when you dont plan out your goals, you seem to be all over the place with your Ultimate Six Pack Plan and

Im talking about forgetting everything thats going on around you and really target your abs by performing the exercise with the proper technique. It can be easy to forget what the proper technique really is once weve performed an exercise enough. This is bad because our posture and technique doesnt become out top priority, when it should be. So focus on strengthening those targeted core abdominals.

I spent two years going through numerous six pack abs programs that I thought would really benet me the way I wanted, but none of them seemed to get me where I wanted. During my rst year of college I noticed there were so many people that wanted to get that model body, but they didnt know how. The problem was neither did I. Now, ever since I was 6 years old Ive had a muscular stomach (not six pack abs), and what this means was that I was naturally t & skinny.
