Ans. In order to counter the entry of other FMCG and MNCs players in market
Marico should go for the following steps. ‡ ‡ ‡ Should go for a Post Purchase Evaluation of consumer in order to bring changes and modification in current product. New brand should come up with similar proposition and at cheaper rate. TQM.
