The Study's Abstract


Study's Title: (Use of Electronic Supervision in Nursery Schools from a teacher and
educational supervisor's perspective in the cities of ( Makkah, and Jeddah).
The Study's Goals: Sought to achieve the following goals:
-Aquiring Knowledge about the importance use of Electronic Super Vision in
helping out with some of the Education Super Visors tasks at nursery schools .
- Showing the range of educational supervisors who use electronic supervision in
Nursery schools.
-Identifying the obstacles that educational supervisors face in nursery schools
when using electronic supervision.
whether there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample
attributed to the current job , workplace , city , operational qualification , years of
experience , specialization , training , courses , and computer knowledge .

The Study's Materials and Process:


The researcher choose a descriptive method which is the appropriate method for the
study, that consisted of ( response) from () educational supervisor in the field of
nursery schooling, () which were from Makkah and () from Jeddah. Where as the
teachers were () , () from Makkah and () from Jeddah.
The study used questionnaires to gather information which included () response which
were checked for validity and achieved a high score of truthfulness and made it suitable
for study use.
After gathering information the researcher started the analysis using (SPSS) program
in addition to percentages , repetition , normative deviation , and arithmetic measures,
different analysis and the ( T ) exam, and ( F ) exam ,and( scheffe) exam ,and Alfa
Cronback .
The Important results of the study were as follows:
-The study agreed upon the use of electronic supervision in nursery schools is
highly important, where the average agreement was (.).
-The study highly agreed on the use of electronic supervision in nursery schools ,
where the average agreement was (.)
- The study highly agreed upon eighteen () obstacles in using electronic
supervision in nursery schools, where the average agreement was (.)
In response with the study's result the researcher has given the following
recommendations:
- To encourage educational supervisors to use electronic supervision in nursery
schools to help supervision methods, and that they satisfy our time and developments.
- Working on solutions to overcome the obstacles facing the use of electronic
supervision in nursery schools.
- Having computer training courses for nursery school teachers so that they get more
knowledge about the obsticales facing electronic supervision and how to overcome them.
