OAT DHOKLA Ingredients Oats - 1 cup Semolina (soji) ( fried ) - 1 cup Sour curd - 1/2 cup Ginger green

chilli paste - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - a pinch Sugar - 2 tsp Coconut ( grated ) - 1/4 cup Mustard - 1 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - a few Salt - as needed Oil - as needed Method 1. Beat sour curd. 2. Mix oats, semolina with curd for 10 minutes in a vessel. 3. Add 2 tsp hot oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, coconut and mix well. 4. Steam the batter. 5. When the batter is cooked, cut into pieces and sprinkle sugar over it. 6. Heat oil in a small frying pan. 7. Add mustard, cumin and when it splutters, add to the dhokla. 8. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
